- Edwin is a highly accomplished lawyer with 38 years’ experience specializing in corporate and commercial law, tax, banking, and financial services with major multilateral financial institutions.
- He co-founded DMH and has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, competition law, privatizations, project finance, and more. He has worked in various jurisdictions including Botswana, South Africa, Zambia, the UK, Europe, USA, China, Hong Kong, and Korea and has served on panels reviewing banking laws in Zimbabwe.
- Edwin is the chairman of the Presidential Advisory Council (PAC) and sits on various boards including the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, British American Tobacco Limited, Tsebo Food Chain Management Company, and Chairman of Dadaya Mission Trust and National Foods. Edwin holds a B.Law (Hons) and a B.Laws(LLB) from UZ.
